Woman throws Dog in Oncoming Traffic

It's been reported that a 27 year old woman from Newark, New Jersey addmitted to killing her neighbors dog and throwing him into uncoming traffic. Haniyyah Barnes, pleaded guilty Tuesday to breaking into her neighbors home robbing it, and taking their two year old Shih Tzu, Honey Bey and throwing her in to uncoming traffic the dog was hit by a vehicle and killed. The charges that were thrown on her were burglary, animal cruelty, and theft charges. Barnes will have to serve six years in prison, and pay a $2,600 fine. While attending prison she will have to participate in anger managment, and drug and alcohol counceling. After getting out Barnes will not be able to live, buy, or own any animals. She said the dog came rushing into the room barking at her so she needed to throw it in uncoming traffic. An officer sitting in his car saw her run out of the house with the dog. The neighbor ran after her and  begged her not to throw the dog in the traffic, but she did.
